Arrival
There is no front desk at Canmore Crossing, however guest services are offered through our sister resort Fire Mountain Lodge 403.609.9949 and 24-hour support can be reached at 403.609.9111. Upon reservation you will receive rental terms by email that we ask you review, sign and return to us via fax or email. Once we receive those back and shortly before your arrival, you will receive your arrival documents detailing the entry codes to both the building and your unit so you can self check-in.
Pets
Enjoy all the comforts of home with your four legged friends at Canmore Crossing! We’ve set aside a limited number of suites as pet friendly suites to accommodate you and your pet. Please indicate that you require a pet friendly room when you make your reservation. A portion of the proceeds from the pet friendly fee goes towards the Bow Valley SPCA. Canmore Crossing is pleased to have a recycling program, marked blue recycling bins are available in all suites.
Smoking
Canmore Crossing is pleased to offer its guests a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Check-in /Out Times
Check-in is 4:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. A late check-out is available for an additional fee.
